We are living in an era of unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Emerging technological innovations are dramatically altering our expectations and communications. Advance technology is tied now to everything we do. It practically dwells in our sub-conscience. Video games, High Definition (HD), Social Networks, Mobile Technology, Internet, to mention a few, are words that we often hear or say. Our younger generations are living in a new interactive and expanding virtual universe. The crucial question Christians must ask today is: How are we going to share the gospel in this Century? How can we use this technology to promote good as Jesus would do?
The present technological revolution is allowing us to interact very rapidly even with people very far away. Sharing, teaching, fellowshipping and serving others both locally and abroad are ministries which are taking up a new dimension as a new paradigm for human interaction unveils. We are all becoming more aware that we really have the planet “at the tip of our fingers“.
